Shipping
UPS and USPS are our carriers of choice. Express shipping is available on most items; shipping charges will be on a case-by-case basis. Please give us a call for more information. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the order upon receipt. Harding Parts, Inc. is not responsible for damage if the customer has signed for the goods and did not make a note on the shipping receipt of any damages or missing goods. Transportations companies are responsible for any shipment damage or discrepancies once the shipment left our warehouse. Carefully inspect all packages before accepting from the carrier. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping & Handling charges cannot be applied to the customers own shipping numbers. (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) as some of our shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
Payments
Due to manufacturer's price increases, prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders will be billed at prices in effect at time of order. All information, dimensions, tolerances, specifications and prices have been compiled and check for correctness and accuracy, however Harding Parts, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any possible errors or omissions. Harding Parts, Inc. maintains the right to make any changes to any of the information posted without prior notice. Please verify all prices and specifications at the time of order. We encourage our customers to call our office if they have any questions. Our online databases reflect pricing only. We cannot guarantee all the products you order will be in stock. Most orders are shipped the same day or next day. All payments are to be made in U.S. Funds. We accept the following credit cards Visa, Master Card. We accept payments through PayPal. We do NOT offer COD as an option of payment. We will accept prepayment by check, however items will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank. Make checks payable to "Harding Parts, Inc.". We also accept Wire transfer as a method of payment, however customer is responsible for all fees and charges imposed in association with the wire transfer.
Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs and any other charges for shipments out of the U.S. We have a right to refuse this and any other method of payment if it comes from a country known for fraudulent activities.
Customer is responsible for all extra charges incurred for any express shipments that do not meet manufacture's minimums.
Illinois residents and businesses
Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases picked up at our location or shipped to an address in Illinois. If your organization is tax exempt please provide a valid copy of your tax exempt letter if we do not currently have one on file.

Returns
All return items (excluding electrical products) must be returned unused within 15 days of the date of purchase. Special order items, electrical parts and used items are not returnable. Shipping & Handling Charges and Minimum Order Fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for payment of the return shipment.
15% Restocking fee applies to ALL returns.
Authorization for returning item(s) is at the sole discretion of Harding Parts, Inc. Harding Parts, Inc. will accept no return of merchandise without prior approval. Special order items, electrical items and used items are not returnable.
